Meet Dr. Alexis

Dr. Alexis is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Multidimensional Healer, Psychic, author, artist and founder of The Expansion principle. She's taken the knowledge she's gained during her lifelong spiritual journey and transformed it into programs that support spiritual workers and healers. Growing up in a spiritual household a tangible relationship with the unseen was a given. Immersed in the world of ritual, reverence and spirit created a deep sense of faith and trust in both herself, the world of the unseen and what she is here to do on this planet, in service of humanity. Dr. Alexis' goal is for her students to expand their being by becoming who they are and releasing + healing their past trauma and becoming of deeper service to humanity and the universe. Through her innumerable lifetimes in relationship with an inter dimensional being named Simon , she brings the Expansion Principle energies to help rewrite the potential future of humanity.

  • What does this program help me do?

    During the course of our training you will receive 4 attunements, these attunements allow you to offer and share the Expansion Principle energy with yourself and others. The applications of this modality/ technology are endless. It can be applied to almost any vocation. During the group calls in the last month of training you will have an opportunity to ask questions around how to apply the energy specifically in your line of work and in other aspects of your life. You will be able to offer individual and group Expansion Principle healing sessions/transmissions. You will also have the opportunity to become a Certified Expansion Principle Practitioner by submitting case studies and showing proficiency.

  • How much time do I need to commit each week?

    You can go at your own pace. Most students spend 1–3 hours per week engaging with the modules, live calls, or case study work. The live cohort begins June 26th, 2025, but you’ll have lifetime access to revisit or go deeper at any time

  • I definitely want to learn about the Expansion Principle and becoming a practitioner someday. How do I know when its the right time?

    So.......I have news for you time is not real. Hahaha. Seriously though, time is intended to be a tool for us to experience life as a human being, but we often let it own us. Perfect timing is truly about our own willingness to experience whatever it is we fell connected to experiencing. Trust how you feel, trust your inner knowing. Interestingly, the Expansion Principle energy and becoming attuned to it often helps people heal the objections they had to joining training at any particular time. My question is why wait, if this could change everything for you now?

  • Do I need to be an energy healer or intuitive to join?

    No. This training welcomes both conventional and holistic healing professionals. Whether you’re a therapist, acupuncturist, nutritionist, coach, MD, or spiritual seeker—you’ll be supported at your level.

  • Will I learn how to integrate EP into my existing practice?

    Yes. Module 11 is entirely dedicated to practice integration—both energetically and logistically. You’ll receive guidance for applying EP in your current profession (from acupuncture to aesthetics, therapy to coaching), as well as foundational training in sharing this work publicly or professionally.

  • What if I can’t attend the live calls?

    We usually coordinate with the group to choose a day and time that works for the majority of the cohort. If you need to miss a call on occasion all live calls are recorded and available inside your portal. You can also connect in the private community for ongoing support.

  • Will this be offered again?

    Of course— typically once per year. However, if you’ve been circling this work, take this as your nudge. You’ll have lifetime access, so the best time to begin is when you feel the resonance.

  • Is this only for “healers”? I’m a licensed professional (NP, PT, LCSW, DC, RD, etc.)—does this apply to me?

    Yes. The Expansion Principle is designed to integrate with a wide range of healing professions—including conventional roles like nurse practitioners, chiropractors, mental health therapists, dentists, and more. If you feel called to offer energy-based support alongside your current work, this training is your bridge.

  • I’m not sure I want to become a practitioner. Can I still join?

    Absolutely. Many people enroll for their own healing, evolution, or to support loved ones. Whether or not you certify, you’ll receive the attunements, tools, and transmissions for lifelong use.
